Duties/Responsibilities:

Home Repair and Rehab

Finish carpentry (trim, cabinets, countertops, doors, laminate flooring, fixtures, etc)
General handyman skills (painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, light framing, etc)

Minimum Qualifications:

Can diagnose problems and maintain equipment
Understands the balance between a quick pace and quality
Desire to master new skills
Ability to prioritize tasks
Self-starter who enjoys working independently but also apart of a team
Problem solver with mechanical aptitude
Ability to lift and carry 50+ pounds
Courteous, friendly attitude towards residents and co-workers
One who takes pride in their work
